Account: your email and username, and authentication tokens needed to keep you signed in.

Profile (onboarding): phone number, gender, date of birth, province, graduation year, approximate location (coordinates), and a syndicate-card image where you provide it.

Device identifier: a per-device ID used to bind one account to one device and prevent account sharing.

Usage: courses you view and your lesson watch progress.

Technical: IP address, app version, and basic logs for security and reliability.

To provide and personalise the app: show relevant courses, academies, instructors, and resume lessons where you left off.

To manage subscriptions and access to paid content.

To secure accounts: device binding, abuse prevention, and an internal audit log of administrative actions.

To provide support and respond to your requests.

To comply with legal obligations.

Secure video is delivered through VdoCipher (DRM-protected streaming); playback tokens are short-lived.

We use hosting and infrastructure providers to run the service.

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal/financial obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see Your rights).

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Video is DRM-protected, access is permission-controlled, and sensitive fields (passwords, tokens) are never stored in plain text or exposed.

MedSpace is intended for medical students and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age required by local law.

You can access or correct your profile in the app, and request deletion of your account and associated data. Account deletion removes or anonymises your personal data, subject to records we must retain by law.
